The room

Sized for a smaller wedding

One open floor, not a banquet hall. Dinner tables, a head table, a bar and a dance floor, arranged your way.

One booking, fewer vendors

Catering, a bartender, a floral wall, marquee letters and a planner can all go on the same booking.

Questions

How many guests can Half Note hold?

The room holds up to 100 people across 2,900 sq ft of open floor. If your guest list is larger, get in touch before booking.

How much does it cost to rent Half Note for a wedding reception?

The room is priced hourly for the whole 2,900 sq ft floor, and the rate depends on the day and the time of day. Send your date, rough headcount and the hours you need, and we will come back with a quote.

Can you provide catering?

Yes — in-house catering can be added to any booking. Tell us the headcount and what you have in mind and we will include it in the quote.

Can we have a bartender?

Yes — a bartender can be booked for the event, and the presentation bar is on the event floor.

Can you help plan the event?

Yes — an event planner can be added to the booking if you would rather hand the whole thing over.

Can we book late at night?

The room is bookable from 8:00am to 2:00am, seven days a week. 2:00am is the hard close, so plan tear-down to finish before then. Bookings outside those hours need to be confirmed by email first.
