How booking works

One room, one group

A booking is the whole floor — we never run two events at once. Weekends go by the day; Monday to Thursday you can take it by the hour.

3-hour minimum. Tell us the full span including set-up and tear-down, and a quote comes back for the whole thing.

What comes with the room

• 2,900 sq ft open-concept space
• Two multi-gender bathrooms
• A presentation bar
• A presentation kitchen and a separate prep kitchen
• Two garage doors for easy load-in and load-out

Leather lounge seating, a projector and Bluetooth sound. Free parking, WiFi throughout, heating in every studio. Tables and chairs are not included — they are charged per piece, below.

Any of these can go into the same quote, so the event does not turn into six separate suppliers.

Serving alcohol? The venue is not licensed, so drinks run on your own Special Occasion Permit. Over about 40 guests we arrange the bartender, an attendant and security.

• 01A booking covers the whole floor, for up to 100 people.
• 02Three-hour minimum booking.
• 03Standard hours are 8:00am to 2:00am. Later finishes can be arranged — ask when you enquire.
• 04Please get in touch to book if your guest count exceeds the capacity.

A booking covers party and celebration hire and studio and shoot hire alike — the room is the same, the setup changes.
